Our camp is built to develop tough, disciplined, technically sound wrestlers. We focus on high‑level instruction, live wrestling, and drilling that builds confidence and mat awareness. Athletes learn from the Emory & Henry Head Women's wrestling coach, and seasoned staff, who emphasize fundamentals, advanced techniques, and a competitive mindset. Whether a wrestler is intermediate or advanced, our camp delivers the training, intensity, and support needed to grow and compete at the collegiate-level.
